List campaign applicants

https://www.decision-agent.ai/api/data/v1/applicants

Returns a curated page of real applicants for one or more campaigns belonging to the bearer token's account. Repeat campaign_id to select multiple campaigns. Test users, observer tests, deleted applicants, assessment responses, reports, notes, recordings, transcripts, phone numbers, and arbitrary database fields are excluded.
